Design Philosophy and Life
I'm a senior product designer focused on growth and activation. Over the past decade I've led design across onboarding, email editors, mobile apps, and design systems, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams to ship work that moves business metrics.
Most of my recent work is in PLG environments, running A/B experiments against trial-to-paid conversion, activation rates, and revenue. I use behavioral data from tools like Snowflake and Statsig alongside qualitative research to identify where users drop off and why.
I care about removing unnecessary friction. The work I'm most proud of tends to be structural: simplifying flows, fixing false signals in the funnel, and building systems that scale as products grow. I'm most effective when I can partner closely with engineering and product to design around real technical constraints.
I move quickly when momentum matters and slow down when decisions have long-term impact. Collaboration means shared ownership, honest feedback, and accountability.
AI is integrated into how I work. I prototype in production code, query data directly, and build my own tools. It clears space for better decisions and faster iteration.
Outside of work, I'm newly married and usually found with my Blue Heeler, Poppy, turning every walk into a frisbee tournament.
